🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Spend 70% of your time in the field, visiting customer sites, walking warehouse environments, and building connections
- Spend 30% of your time in-office, handling quotes, pipeline management, and reporting
- Create and send proposals and pricing quotes
- Schedule and conduct in-person client meetings
- Maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports and client updates
- Meet and track monthly sales quotas
- Represent California Recyclers with professionalism and purpose
- Help clients improve their environmental impact — and their bottom line
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years sales experience, ideally B2B or territory-based
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily travel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- A passion for sustainability, recycling, or environmental solutions
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

- 50+ outbound calls/day to prospects and current clients
- 10–20 quotes sent/week
- 5–10 in-person or virtual meetings/week

- Territory management, door-to-door prospecting, and securing new accounts

We are based in Fontana, California, but serve many cities throughout Southern California. Our recycling center is one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, in the area per China Certification and Inspection Group (CCIC) inspectors that regularly review us. About 99 percent of our materials are kept indoors, and we take pride in our warehousing skills. Plus, all of our employees participate in ongoing training to maintain a safe, healthy, and hazard-free environment. Waste solutions are available for small, medium, and large generators of recyclable plastic and cardboard.
We help companies maximize their recycling revenue. This is accomplished by offering eco-friendly programs that are easy to implement and specific to each company’s needs.
We are servicing over 100 companies in the following industries: Automotive, Packaging, Distribution, Food, Construction, Communications, Chemical, Retail, Shipping, Technology, Transportation, Machinery, Health Care, Beverage, Furniture and more.
